Job summary

Love, Bonito is seeking a People & Culture Intern to support workplace operations, employee experience and regional administrative tasks from our Singapore HQ. You will work closely with the People & Culture team on meaningful projects that shape how our people work, collaborate and thrive.

You should be pursuing a diploma or degree in HR, Business Management or related fields, with strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Workplace & Office Management at Love, Bonito's Singapore HQ.
• Coordinate regional workplace operations and administrative requests across markets.
• Assist with invoice and expense documentation and procurement workflows.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and P&C projects.
• Assist with planning, events and town halls led by People & Culture.

The role

People are at the heart of everything we do. Given our recent expansion, it is becoming more important than ever that we are well structured to support our people and achieve our business goals.

As our People & Culture Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience at the core of our organisation, supporting both employee experience and workplace operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the People & Culture team on meaningful initiatives that shape how our people work, collaborate, and thrive.

You will be part of a dynamic and fast‑paced environment, where you’ll contribute to real projects, engage with stakeholders across the business, and play a role in creating a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Workplace & Office Management

• Support the day‑to‑day operations of our Singapore HQ, ensuring a well-maintained, organised and welcoming workplace.


• Manage regional office supplies, pantry inventory, stationery and general procurement requirements.


• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers on office maintenance, cleaning, equipment and facilities‑related matters.


• Support meeting room management, office equipment maintenance and general workplace arrangements.


• Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries relating to office facilities and workplace needs.


• Identify opportunities to improve workplace efficiency, employee experience and office operations.

2. Regional Workplace & Administrative Support

• Provide administrative and coordination support for workplace operations across Love, Bonito's regional offices.


• Liaise with local P&C stakeholders to support office‑related requests, procurement and administrative requirements.


• Assist in maintaining regional office records, vendor information, service agreements and other relevant documentation.


• Support the standardisation of office administrative processes, documentation and tracking across markets.


• Coordinate regional workplace‑related initiatives and operational improvements as required.

3. Invoice & Expense Administration

• Support the collection, verification and submission of office‑related invoices and expense documentation across markets.


• Coordinate with vendors, local stakeholders and Finance to ensure timely and accurate invoice submissions.


• Maintain invoice trackers and administrative records to monitor submission status, payment timelines and outstanding items.


• Assist in tracking office operational expenses against approved budgets.


• Follow up on missing documentation and outstanding invoice matters to support smooth processing and financial governance.

4. Employee Experience & P&C Initiatives

• Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities, office events, celebrations and team bonding initiatives.


• Assist with regional town halls, meetings and other P&C‑led activities.


• Contribute ideas to enhance workplace experience, employee engagement and office culture.


• Provide coordination and administrative support for ad hoc People & Culture projects and initiatives.

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields


• Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills


• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn in a fast‑paced environment


• Candidate must be a Singapore citizen/PR/eligible to work in Singapore
