Funding Societies | Modalku, Singapore-based fintech, is seeking a People Analytics & Reporting Intern to support HR data reporting, dashboards, and automation. The role focuses on hands-on data work, cleaning datasets, and building structured reports to help teams make better decisions.

The internship offers real-world exposure to People Analytics, experience with large HR datasets, and opportunities to improve reporting and automation in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Economics, or related fields
• Strong interest in data, analytics, and reporting
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, data organization, basic analysis)
• Comfortable working with large datasets and numbers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy

Responsibilities

• Clean, organize, update and validate HR datasets to ensure reporting accuracy
• Maintain and improve People analytics reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Support the team in building automated reporting processes to reduce manual work
• Assist in preparing people metrics, hiring reports, and workforce insights
• Work with large datasets using Excel / Google Sheets
• Help identify opportunities to improve data structure, reporting workflows, and dashboards
• Support ad‑hoc data analysis and reporting projects across the People team
• Document processes to ensure consistent reporting standards
