Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku is seeking a full-time internship candidate in Singapore for a 6-month program. You will contribute to automation build-out, data cleanup, and AI-supported processes while assisting with accounting operations and regulatory tasks.

You will gain exposure to NetSuite, Jira, Confluence and low-code tools, with a monthly stipend of 1000 SGD. The role emphasizes precision, collaboration, and hands-on experience in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Accounting, finance or business-analytics student with a strong interest in automation and AI tools.
• Comfortable with Excel and data cleanup; exposure to NetSuite, Jira, Confluence or low-code tools (Activepieces, Zapier, Make) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, since much of the work is making data clean enough for automation and AI to consume.
• Available for full time internship of 6 months.
• Note - Our Stipend for full time internship is 1000 SGD per month.

Responsibilities

• Automation build-out (~60%): Build and maintain Activepieces flows; customise NetSuite reports and saved searches; refine the Rovo agent and Confluence pages; clean up source data for AI readability.
• Audit and regulatory support (~20%): Gather and consolidate supporting documents for audits/regulatory requests.
• WegoPro project (~10%): Support Omni-WegoPro integration and map outputs for NetSuite auto-upload.
• Accounting operations (10-20%): Support payments, convert Jira bills to NetSuite and assist with month-end reconciliation.
