Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd is seeking a Pega Lead Business Architect / SBA to drive client engagements and lead end-to-end implementation efforts across international markets. You will shape end-to-end digital blueprints, partner with domain and technical teams, and guide delivery through strong stakeholder management.

The role requires strong experience in Pega strategies, Agile delivery, and proven business transformation credentials, with exposure to markets such as Australia, Europe, or the US.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ end-to-end Pega implementation experience as LBA/SBA.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, drive business transformation using a consultative approach.
• Develop project design, work streams, team structure and deliverables.
• Build strong client relationships and present final recommendations to senior teams.
• Facilitate sessions with clients, SMEs, stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Manage analysis teams to elicit detailed business designs and partner with domain/tech teams.
• Assess client digital maturity, identify gaps, and shape a comprehensive blueprint and roadmap.
• Develop market offerings at the intersection of business and technology.
