Job summary

Leapfrogs Therapy Centre is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support children aged 18 months to 16 years. You will assess, treat, and collaborate with families and professionals to foster development and independence.

Responsibilities include evaluating children, delivering weekly OT sessions, coordinating with case conferences, coaching parents, mentoring interns, and contributing to advocacy efforts. Location: Central region near Newton, Singapore, with a 4.67-day workweek (Tue–Sat).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Home country OT license and eligibility for registration with the AHPC Singapore.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children and adolescents to develop tailored intervention plans.
• Deliver weekly individual and group OT sessions to promote attention and independence.
• Collaborate with allied healthcare professionals in case conferences to coordinate care.
• Train and coach parents to reinforce therapy goals at home.
• Mentor interns and students to support their professional growth.
• Contribute to advocacy projects for awareness and support for children with developmental needs.
• Share clinical insights to foster a collaborative team culture.
