Job summary

Ray of Joy Therapy, a paediatric occupational therapy clinic in Singapore, is seeking a Lead/Senior Occupational Therapist (Part-Time / Locum). You will deliver child-led therapy across developmental and sensory-motor needs, develop personalised plans, and empower families.

The role involves mentoring junior therapists, collaborating with educators, and designing therapy spaces for diverse settings. AHPC-recognised OT with supervision experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy recognised by AHPC.
• At least 5 years paediatric OT experience.
• Full AHPC registration required.
• Supervision/mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, child-led therapy across developmental, sensory-motor, and psychosocial needs.
• Develop individualised treatment plans and celebrate progress with families.
• Coach parents with practical strategies and lead empowering workshops.
