Job summary

Grow + Glow Therapy in Singapore is seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will manage a paediatric caseload across school and home settings, with flexible weekly structure and access to supervision and resources.

We offer autonomy, ongoing professional development, and collaboration with international schools. Overseas applicants are welcome; AHPC Singapore registration eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Recognised Qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Paediatric OT experience is essential.
• Eligible for AHPC Singapore registration.
• Strong communication and collaborative working skills.
• Comfortable working independently across school and home environments.
• Overseas applicants welcome; preference for AHPC-recognised qualification.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual occupational therapy assessment and intervention to children.
• Supporting motor, sensory processing, regulation, handwriting and participation needs.
• Developing individualised therapy goals and intervention plans.
• Liaising with parents, teachers and other professionals.
• Providing school-based recommendations and strategies to support participation.
• Completing clinical documentation, reports and progress updates.
• Participating in regular clinical supervision and team discussions.

Paediatric Occupational Therapist - Full-Time

Grow + Glow Therapy is looking for an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Singapore on a permanent, full-time basis.

We are a paediatric occupational therapy practice providing services across international schools and home settings in Singapore. We are looking for a warm, capable and experienced therapist who enjoys working collaboratively with children, families, schools and other professionals.

The role

The successful candidate will manage an attractive and manageable paediatric caseload across school and home-based settings. The role offers considerable flexibility in how the working week is structured, while providing the support and resources needed to deliver high-quality clinical care.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual occupational therapy assessment and intervention to children.
• Supporting children with fine and gross motor, sensory processing, regulation, handwriting and functional participation needs
• Developing individualised therapy goals and intervention plans
• Liaising and collaborating with parents, teachers and other professionals
• Providing school-based recommendations and strategies to support participation
• Completing appropriate clinical documentation, reports and progress updates
• Participating in regular clinical supervision and team discussions

Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
