Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Design Enablement Engineer in Singapore to develop components for Process Design Kits (PDK). Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 6 years' experience in semiconductor and/or EDA industries.
• Good knowledge of electronic devices and semiconductor theory.

Responsibilities

• Develop design components for Device library of PDKs.
• Maintain PDKs Collection of tech files and runtime code.
• Create and maintain test cases for PDKs / DRC / LVS.
