Job summary

Infosys Singapore & Australia is seeking a Principal, Payments in Singapore to lead transformation programs for major financial services clients. You will act as a payments SME, shaping solutions and guiding senior client discussions across APAC and cross-border schemes.

You will manage a team of consultants, coordinate with operations and technology partners, and help develop new payment offerings while supporting market go-to strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments strategy or operations with transformation delivery.
• Deep knowledge of APAC and cross-border payment schemes.
• Proven ability to define and deliver solutions in payment platforms (e.g., Finastra Global Pay Plus) and similar products.
• Experience in consulting services across payment ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of payment systems including RTGS, NEFT, ACH, MT formats.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and build long term relationships with senior executive clients in Financial Services (Payments transformation).
• Perform as a subject matter expert for payment solutions transformation programs and advise on business challenges.
• Lead a team of consultants and business analysts for end-to-end payment transformation programs in APAC.
• Collaborate with business, operations and technology partners to deliver end-to-end systems and processes.
• Work with the payments practice lead to develop offerings and support go-to-market plans.
