Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a Cards Payment Solutions & Implementation Specialist to support merchant portfolio growth and implement payment solutions across acquiring and e‑commerce channels. Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, banking, or e‑commerce environments preferred.
Strong understanding of card products and payment processing.
Experience in project coordination, implementation, or business support roles.
Hands‑on programming or scripting in Python or VBA.
Experience using Postman to test REST APIs.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive merchant portfolio growth and relationship management activities.
Lead end‑to‑end implementation of merchant acquiring solutions for e‑commerce and platforms.
Collaborate with PSPs, vendors, and internal teams to implement solutions.
Develop and support API‑based integrations and automation initiatives.
Provide after‑hours support for critical incidents as required.
Ensure MAS regulatory compliance and card scheme adherence.
Deliver project governance, status reports, and milestones to management.
