Job summary

Stripe in Singapore seeks a Manager to lead a team of Payments Performance Strategists across the SEA and Greater China region. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to optimize costs, conversion, and adoption of Stripe payments solutions.

The role requires strong management experience, English and Mandarin fluency, and a track record of delivering data-driven guidance to senior stakeholders. A fast-moving, ambiguous environment is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, operations, or payments strategy with leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin required for SEA/Greater China work.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Payment Performance Strategists across SEA and Greater China.
• Develop long-term vision and scale day-to-day operations.
• Coach and mentor the team in consultative approaches.
• Engage with regional leaders to ensure value delivery for Stripe and users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advise on GTM strategies and product improvements.
• Interact with executive leadership via briefings and strategic reviews.
