Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified candidate for a 2 Years Contract role at Depot Road. You will verify payment instructions and manual claims to ensure compliance with policies, and execute timely processing of payments and claims.

You will prepare monthly reports, assist in investigations of doubtful payments, and liaise with the technical team on system upgrades and UAT sessions. Mon to Fri 8am-5.30pm, location Depot Road, Singapore.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.

Responsibilities

• Verify held payment instructions and manual claim transactions for compliance.
• Process benefit payments and claims accurately and timely.
• Prepare monthly reporting for payments and claims.
• Assist in investigation of doubtful payments/claims and follow-up actions (e.g. recovery of claims).
• Highlight system issues to technical team and participate in system upgrades and UAT sessions.
• Assist in claimant/auditor requests and queries.
• Manage enquiry hotline and email.
• Handle any other delegated duties including data/ information reports for trend studies or SOP/FAQs reviews.
