Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a Temp Staff (CG Processing) based in Singapore to handle document intake, verification and processing tasks. The role involves reviewing applications, liaising with assessors and applicants, and ensuring accuracy across systems.

This outsourced contract runs for 4–6 months, with working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and a monthly salary of SGD 2,200–2,400.

Qualifications

• A Level / Poly graduates pending to start tertiary education.
• Pass Spot the Difference test.
• Good interpersonal skills, communications skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, digitizing, archiving, and maintaining accurate records for tracking.
• Conduct scripted customer service evaluations and document findings.
• Review and manage documents for accuracy and compliance, update systems, provide and handle enquiries.
• Liaise with assessors & applicants on queries pertaining to the assessments/ applications submitted via call/email.
• Record & reply enquires from applicant and notify applicants with incomplete and ineligible applications outcome.
