Job summary

ICON OUTSOURCING in Singapore seeks an experienced Backend Developer to join the payments tech team. You will analyze project requirements, contribute to functional and technical designs, and develop backend services for international payment gateway integrations (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, UPI).

The role emphasizes building reliable switching platforms on Linux RHEL or Cloud, ensuring PCI-DSS compliance, high performance, and collaboration with QA, frontend, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on payment systems and switching platforms.
• Strong experience with Open System RHEL and AWS Cloud.
• Experience in C++, Korn Shell Script and Linux-based development.
• Experience with IBM MQ middleware will be advantages.
• Experience with Base24-eps is required.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL database.
