Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments, including coordination of laboratory and diagnostic services.
• Attend to phone, online, and walk-in enquiries with professionalism and care.
• Perform patient registration and ensure accurate records management.
• Handle billing, payments, and third-party claims accurately.
• Prepare and manage corporate billing and monthly invoicing.
• Identify and expedite urgent medical cases promptly to clinical staff.
• Address patient feedback and support service recovery efforts.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Provide administrative support including reporting, filing, and inventory coordination.
