Job summary

Commonwealth Concepts Pte. Ltd. is seeking friendly service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our outlets. You will greet guests warmly, take orders, and make recommendations with upselling to enhance the dining experience.

Responsibilities include handling POS orders efficiently, serving food and beverages, maintaining outlet cleanliness, checking inventory, and escalating complaints to the duty manager when needed. Ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field.
• No work experience required.
