Job summary

Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford are seeking an Assistant Manager, Loyalty & Partnerships Marketing to identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships that drive revenue across Rooms, F&B and Spa. You will lead IP collaborations with global brands, manage loyalty campaigns with ALL Accor Live Limitless and Accor Plus, and analyse performance with Power BI and CRM tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, loyalty programmes or commercial marketing.
Experience managing strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers or lifestyle brands is preferred.
Strong business development, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Identify, pitch and secure strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, travel platforms, lifestyle brands and other compatible partners.
Lead end-to-end IP collaborations with licensed brands and manage cross-functional timelines.
Track and manage loyalty campaigns, enrolments and partner communications across Accor Plus channels.
Pull and analyse reports; track campaign performance, revenue contribution and provide weekly/monthly updates.
Coordinate contract approvals, budgets, invoices and calendars; ensure compliance with licensing and brand guidelines.
