Anytime Fitness Asia is seeking a partnerships and events specialist to drive brand growth across Asia. You will identify, pitch, negotiate and secure opportunities, then manage planning, setup, activation and post-event reporting.

You will lead proposals, coordinate venues, influencers, media, and partners, maintain a clean pipeline, and ensure clear objectives and success measures for each activation.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in partnerships, events, outreach, Public Relations, influencer marketing, sponsorships or a related marketing role.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects or activations from initial planning through on-ground execution and post-event follow-up.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills, with confidence engaging partners and stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, details and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Commercial and outcome-oriented, with the ability to assess the strategic fit and potential value of an opportunity.

Mansioni

• Proactively identify, approach and build relationships with potential brand, corporate, community and sponsorship partners aligned with Anytime Fitness' audience and objectives.
• Develop compelling partnership proposals that clearly communicate the value of working with Anytime Fitness.
• Lead partner conversations from first contact through pitching, negotiation, agreement, activation and review.
• Own assigned events and activations from confirmation through planning, setup, live execution, teardown and reporting.
• Prepare clear project plans, timelines, budgets, checklists, run sheets and contingency plans for each activation.
• Coordinate venue and booth requirements, equipment, collateral, premiums, manpower, transportation, vendors and other operational needs.
• Proactively identify relevant influencers, KOLs, creators and media opportunities that align with the brand, audience and campaign objective.
• Maintain an accurate and organised pipeline and database of partners, sponsors, communities, media contacts, influencers and opportunities.
• Define the objective, intended audience and success measures for each partnership, event or activation before execution.
• Track relevant outcomes such as audience unlocked, member value, leads, trials, enquiries, reach, content delivered, sponsorship value and costs offset
