Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy Partnership Development Manager to play a critical role in advancing our growth strategy through impactful partnerships.

This is not a transactional role. It is a strategic opportunity to shape how Woodlands Hospital collaborates with healthcare providers, service partners, and industry stakeholders to deliver integrated, innovative, and sustainable care models. The role requires a forward-thinking individual who can navigate complexity, unlock new partnership opportunities, and translate strategy into tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Build Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify, assess, and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with organisational priorities and long-term growth objectives.
  • Develop frameworks and partnership models that create shared value for Woodlands Hospital and its partners.
  • Drive partnership discussions end-to-end, including proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract coordination.
  • Ensure commercial structures support sustainability, scalability, and quality outcomes.

Collaborate Across the Organisation

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, legal, and clinical/business units to align partnership objectives and implementation plans.
  • Act as a connector across teams to ensure seamless partnership execution.

Manage & Grow Existing Partnerships

  • Oversee and strengthen existing partnerships to ensure performance targets, service levels, and commercial outcomes are met.
  • Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations to management.

Deliver Market & Industry Insights

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and best practices.
  • Apply insights to shape partnership strategy and inform leadership decisions.

Represent the Organisation Externally

  • Represent Woodlands Hospital at external meetings, industry forums, and networking events to strengthen brand presence and partnership pipelines.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in partnership development, business development, strategic alliances, or similar roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in negotiations and contract discussions.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and sustain long-term external relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and solutions-oriented, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Experience in healthcare, professional services, or other regulated environments.
  • Experience working on regional or cross-border partnerships.
Why Join Us?
  • Shape strategic partnerships that directly impact care delivery and population health outcomes.
