Job summary

PROSKILL WORKFORCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Part-Time WSHO to oversee workplace safety at multiple sites. The role is contract-based for 3 months, with site visits and weekend scheduling.

Candidates should have MOM-registered WSHO status, experience in construction or interior fit-out, and strong documentation and coordination skills. Commencement is immediate, with flexible hours and on-site work at Tai Seng.

Qualifications

• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
• Experience in construction, interior fit-out or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations, PTW procedures, RA and MOS requirements.
• Proficient in preparing, reviewing and maintaining WSH documentation.
• Able to work independently and identify areas requiring improvement in safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and site safety requirements.
• Review, compile, maintain and update all relevant WSH documentation, procedures and safety records.
• Compile and verify Permit-to-Work (PTW) documentation, ensuring proper approvals and sign-offs.
• Conduct site inspections and verify that equipment and work activities comply with approved PTW requirements.
• Review, evaluate and vet Risk Assessments (RA) and Method Statements (MOS) submitted by subcontractors.
• Identify safety hazards, recommend corrective actions and follow up on rectification works.
• Review existing safety procedures and documentation to identify gaps and implement necessary improvements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with MOM requirements and applicable WSH regulations.
• Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors and relevant stakeholders on safety-related matters.
• Ensure all safety documentation is properly maintained and readily available for regulatory inspections and audits.
