Job summary

MICHAEL WEINIG ASIA PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to manage day-to-day warehouse tasks including receiving, inspection, packing and stocktaking. You will ensure accuracy of inventory movements and maintain ERP records, working both independently and as part of a team.

Contract position (non-permanent) offering S$2,000–S$3,000 per month based on experience. Join a dynamic logistics team and contribute to audits and stock control processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Physically receive and inspect incoming shipments against delivery documents
• Perform quantity and quality checks and complete inspection records
• Manage spare parts storage, labelling, and location control
• Update inventory movements and storage locations in the ERP system
• Coordinate picking and packing of outbound orders with correct quantities and protective packaging
• Report damages, discrepancies, or non‑conformities promptly
• Participate in stocktaking and support audit requirements

• Update inventory movements and storage locations in the ERP system


• Coordinate picking and packing of outbound orders with correct quantities and protective packaging


• Report damages, discrepancies, or non‑conformities promptly


• Participate in stocktaking and support audit requirements
