Job summary

CubePay, a Singapore‑based digital payment technology company, seeks a hands‑on Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations in Singapore. Training is provided; prior warehouse experience is not required. Responsibilities include loading, packing, shipments, stock checks, and handling returned equipment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, on a 3‑month contract with potential extension. A practical, structured role with a cooperative team awaits.

We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations. This role suits individuals who prefer practical work and clear routines. Training will be provided, and prior warehouse experience is not required.

Job Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of goods
• Packing and organizing payment terminals and accessories
• Preparing and checking shipments
• Performing basic stock checks and simple record updates
• Refurbishing and handling returned equipment
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and observing safety practices
• Following established warehouse procedures and work instructions
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring timely completion

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to handle items weighing approximately 10kg to 28kg
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
• Basic English communication skills (able to understand instructions and communicate with the team)
• Willingness to learn and follow work procedures
• Basic familiarity with simple IT terms such as LAN cable, Wi‑Fi, mobile data, and internet
• Prior warehouse experience is an advantage but not required
• Awareness of workplace safety practices

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
• 3 months contract
• With option to extend contract after 3 months
• Additional hours or occasional weekend support may be required based on operational needs
