Job summary

CubePay in Singapore is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. Training will be provided and prior warehouse experience is not required.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading goods, packing terminals and accessories, preparing shipments, basic stock checks, and handling returned equipment. You will work Monday to Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm, on a 3‑month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Physically able to lift 10–28 kg.
• Independent and reliable.
• Basic English communication.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Basic familiarity with IT terms (LAN, Wi‑Fi, mobile data).
• Prior warehouse experience is an advantage but not required.
• Awareness of workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods.
• Pack and organize payment terminals and accessories.
• Prepare and check shipments.
• Perform basic stock checks and simple record updates.
• Refurbish and handle returned equipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and observing safety practices.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and work instructions.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
