Job summary

House of Leila is a vibrant dining and lifestyle destination in Singapore seeking a Part-Time TM to engage customers, build relationships and drive bookings and sales for dining, events and experiences.

You will work 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, receive training, and have access to company-provided leads and a performance-based commission structure. This role focuses on delivering a professional, friendly customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Positive, proactive and sales-driven attitude.
• Sales, telemarketing, hospitality or customer-facing experience is an advantage, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads provided by House of Leila
• Introduce customers to House of Leila's dining, events and experiences
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable offerings
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Follow up with leads and enquiries to drive bookings and conversions
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets
• Maintain proper records of customer follow-ups and sales activities
• Work independently while keeping the team updated on progress
• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience
