Job summary

House of Leila in Singapore seeks a Part-Time TM to connect with customers, drive bookings and sales, and build lasting relationships. The role offers company-provided leads and training, with a 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM part-time schedule.

You will follow up with leads, tailor recommendations to customer needs, and strive to meet individual sales targets while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Positive, proactive and sales-driven attitude.
• Able to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Sales, telemarketing, hospitality or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• No prior experience required — training and coaching will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads provided by House of Leila.
• Introduce customers to House of Leila's dining, events and experiences.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable offerings.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads and enquiries to drive bookings and conversions.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
• Maintain proper records of customer follow-ups and sales activities.
• Work independently while keeping the team updated on progress.
• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience.
