Job summary

SG Rehab Recruitment Division is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist for a part-time role (3 days per week) in Singapore. The successful candidate will assess therapy needs, develop intervention plans, and deliver individual and group sessions, documenting progress and collaborating with staff and caregivers.

Requirements include a degree in Speech and Language Therapy, full AHPC registration, at least 2 years of experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• AHPC registration is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess individual therapy needs using standardised assessment tools and forms.
• Formulate and implement individual or group therapy programs for clients.
• Provide intervention one-to-one, in groups, classes, work experiences or special settings as needed.
• Evaluate and document clients’ therapy needs and progress; review intervention effectiveness.
• Provide consultation and update clients’ status to staff and caregivers.
• Collaborate with staff/caregivers for enhanced services; work with external agencies to improve services.
• Maintain and update clients’ case files with relevant documentation.
• Conduct in-house training for staff and caregivers.
• Develop and review department policies in conjunction with management.
