Job summary

SG Rehab PTE. LTD. is seeking a Locum Speech Therapist to provide assessment, intervention and evaluation at DRCs in Central Singapore. Part-time availability (1–4 days per week) with locations and schedules subject to availability.

The role requires a degree in Speech and Language Therapy and full AHPC registration, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential to engage clients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• Full AHPC registration as a therapist in Singapore.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in speech and language therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in local languages is an advantage.
• Self-motivated to engage in ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess clients using standardised tools and forms.
• Develop and implement therapy plans for individuals or groups.
• Provide one-to-one, group, class, or work-based therapy sessions.
• Evaluate and document client progress and adjust interventions.
• Consult and update staff and caregivers on client status.
• Collaborate with staff, caregivers, and external agencies.
• Maintain client case files and records.
• Conduct in-house training for staff and caregivers.
• Develop and review department policies with management.
