YeoMama Batik is hiring a Part Time Retail Sales Associate for the Raffles City store in Singapore. You will represent the brand, create meaningful in-store experiences, and help customers feel confident and beautiful in what they wear.

The role involves assisting customers, driving sales with product knowledge, handling cashiering and fitting room service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Availability includes weekends and public holidays, with shifts 10am–6pm or 2pm–10pm.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Friendly, confident, and enjoys interacting with people.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting outfits and provide warm, friendly and attentive service.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and product knowledge.
• Handle daily store operations including cashiering and fitting room service.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Support inventory checks, stock replenishment, storeroom management and general retail duties.
