Job summary

Sundaze & Co Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Associate for the Raffles City store, YeoMama Batik. You will represent the brand, create memorable in-store experiences, and help customers feel confident and beautiful in what they wear.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, driving sales, handling cashiering and fitting room services, and maintaining visual merchandising. The role welcomes all who enjoy people and retail, including aunties with great energy.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Friendly, confident, and enjoys interacting with people.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Prior retail experience is a bonus but not required.
• Aunties with great customer energy are welcome too.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting outfits and provide warm, friendly customer service.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and sharing product knowledge.
• Handle daily store operations including cashiering and fitting room service.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Support inventory checks, stock replenishment, storeroom management and general retail duties.
