Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide clear and accurate information on products, features, and pricing.
• Demonstrate products and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Deliver good customer service and handle basic after-sales enquiries.
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment, product displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Adhere to store SOPs and retail guidelines.
