Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a part-time Retail Operations assistant to join our Plaza Singapura showroom. You will support day-to-day operations, handle documentation and administrative follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of transactions.

The role is 4 days per week with preferred hours 11am–7pm, including weekend shifts as rostered. It is a 3-month contract with a pay rate of $12/hour.

Qualifications

• Part-time role in a customer-facing retail showroom environment.
• Ability to manage documentation and administrative follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify sales documents and forms
• Assist with submission and tracking of rebates and related paperwork
• Maintain proper filing and records of retail transactions
• Perform data entry and update internal trackers
• Follow up on outstanding documentation, confirmations, delivery and installation appointments
• Escalate complex cases to the supervisor when required
• Assist with ad-hoc errands and operational tasks as directed
