Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Operator/Senior Production Operator for a day shift in the Kallang area.

Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, with overtime as needed. You will follow lot travelers and work instructions to perform production and assembly tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring products are produced and assembled per drawings, checking details for each operation, maintaining 5S standards, and supporting overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school education preferred.
• Able to read and understand instructions, lot travelers and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with MES systems or SAP is an advantage.
• Able to commit to a long-term assignment of at least 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Follow the lot traveler and work instructions to carry out production and assembly tasks.
• Perform assembly work and manufacturing processes according to the required specifications.
• Ensure products are manufactured and assembled correctly in accordance with the lot traveler, work instructions and drawings.
• Check product details and follow instructions for each assigned operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping at the workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
• Support overtime when required.
