Job summary

Smartpaw in Singapore is seeking a reliable part-time warehouse assistant to support daily fulfillment operations every morning. You will pick, pack, label orders, receive stock, and help with stocktaking, courier handoffs, and basic customer inquiries.

The role requires physical stamina, punctuality, and the ability to work Monday through Saturday from 9:30am to 6:00pm with one weekday off. This is an in-person, on-site position in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with consistency.
• Comfortable with physical work—lifting boxes and moving stock.
• Honest and careful when handling products and orders.
• Able to commit to 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

About Smartpaw

Smartpaw is a growing pet tech brand in Singapore selling smart pet products - automatic litter boxes, smart feeders, pet fountains, and pet care essentials. We sell across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our own online store.

We're looking for a reliable part-time assistant to help with our daily warehouse and fulfillment operations every morning.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and label customer orders for dispatch
• Receive and check incoming stock deliveries from suppliers
• Organize and keep the warehouse clean and tidy
• Assist with stocktaking and basic inventory checks
• Help with courier and Lalamove handoffs for order dispatch and customer returns
• Support other basic operational tasks when needed
• Reply to basic customer inquiries (order status, delivery updates) and attend to walk-in customers when needed

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• Reliable and punctual - consistency matters most
• Comfortable with physical work - lifting boxes, standing, moving stock
• Honest and careful - handle products and orders with care
• Able to commit to 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
• Able to commit to 5 days a week from 9:30am to 6:00pm (Monday to Saturday, with 1 weekday off)

Good to Have (but not required):

• Pet lover or pet owner
• Previous experience in warehouse, packing, or retail
• Lives near Bukit Batok / Trade Hub 21 area

Schedule & Pay

• 9:30am - 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break), 5 days a week
• Morning shift (exact timing to be discussed, e.g. 9am-12pm)
• Monday - Saturday with 1 fixed weekday off
• $10.00 - $13.00/hour depending on experience
• $10.50 - $13.00/hour depending on experience
