Job summary

Smartpaw in Singapore is seeking a reliable part-time warehouse assistant to support daily fulfillment operations every morning. You will pick, pack, label orders, receive stock, and help with stocktaking, courier handoffs, and basic customer inquiries.

The role requires physical stamina, punctuality, and the ability to work Monday through Saturday from 9:30am to 6:00pm with one weekday off. This is an in-person, on-site position in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with consistency.
• Comfortable with physical work—lifting boxes and moving stock.
• Honest and careful when handling products and orders.
• Able to commit to 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday.
• Able to work 9:30am to 6:00pm, with one weekday off.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label customer orders for dispatch.
• Receive and check incoming stock deliveries from suppliers.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse cleanliness.
• Assist with stocktaking and basic inventory checks.
• Help with courier handoffs for dispatch and returns.
• Support basic operational tasks and respond to customer inquiries.
