Job summary

People Advantage Pte Ltd is seeking a part-time Pool Lifeguard in Singapore to monitor swimming areas, respond to emergencies, and enforce safety rules while delivering excellent service to the public.

Location is Sengkang & Punggol; shifts 7–8 hours per shift with pool hours from 8:00am to 9:30pm. The role offers flexible hours and competitive pay, with Lifeguard Training provided or required as part of induction.

Qualifications

• Must hold Bronze Medallion (BM) or Pool Lifeguard Award (PLGA) issued by Singapore Life Saving Society.
• SRFAC-accredited First Aid Certificate.
• Lifeguard Induction Training.
• Annual Lifeguard Proficiency Test.
• Able to perform manual tasks, safety-conscious and responsible.
• Strong sense of vigilance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous surveillance of swimming areas to maintain a safe environment.
• React swiftly and professionally to emergencies and rescue situations.
• Enforce pool safety rules courteously and firmly.
• Perform routine checks on pool facilities and lifesaving equipment.
• Identify and report hazards, defects, or safety risks promptly.
• Support safety audits and operational risk assessments.
• Conduct water quality sampling and submit accurate records.
• Comply strictly with Swimming Complex SOPs and Emergency Action Plans.

Working Hours: 7–8 hours per shift | Pool operating hours: 8:00am – 9:30pm

Available Shifts

• Morning: 8:00am – 3:00pm

• Afternoon: 2:30pm – 9:30pm
