Job summary

GT Educational Institute Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Part-Time/Contract IB and A-Level tutor to support River Valley students. You will conduct 1-to-1 and small-group lessons, tailor explanations to learners, and prepare materials for exam practice and revision.

Ideal candidates are current undergraduates who have IB Diploma or GCE A-Levels, strong academic results, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Face-to-face lessons in Singapore are required with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at a recognised university.
• Completed IB Diploma, GCE A-Levels or International A-Levels.
• Strong academic results in the taught subject(s).
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-to-1 and/or small-group tuition for IB and A-Level students.
• Provide academic support for schoolwork, revision, examination preparation and past-year papers.
• Explain concepts clearly and effectively according to each student's learning needs.
• Prepare appropriately for scheduled lessons.
• Monitor students' academic progress and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Complete written teacher feedback after every lesson, including topics covered and progress.
