Job summary

CENTURY EDUCATION GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking freelance/ part-time tutors to provide one-on-one tutoring in English or English Literature for students aged 10 to 18 in Singapore.

Centre-based locations are in Bugis and Punggol; home-based tutoring is occasionally requested. Rates range from SGD 40 to SGD 120 depending on the grade of the student. Tutors will conduct 1 on 1 tuition, prepare customised lesson materials, assist with exams and coursework, monitor progress, provide feedback after each

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in English.
• Responsible, patient and positive about teaching.
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
• Familarity with the IGCSE or IB curriculum/ framework is an advantage.

The majority of our students are studying in the international schools here. We handle all direct contact with parents/caregivers throughout the duration of the tutoring assignments so there is less pressure on our tutors.
