Job summary

A leading firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR Manager. This part-time role requires 15 hours a week, focusing on manpower forecasting and handling HR interviews. Candidates should understand Singapore labour laws and possess strong analytical skills. Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager that can assist with the following;

  1. Forecast and prepare require manpower for business marketing, operations and sales needs
  2. Handle all relevant HR interview, shortlisting, evaluating candidates and documentation
  3. Build up a core internship pipeline and part timers core for daily operational needs
  4. Able to understand the overall business needs, sub business units at different stage wthin this first week
  5. Strengthen and automate existing HR related functions within the firm (all sub business units)
  6. Be in charge of preparing and keeping control of documents (including, but not limited to employment contracts, terms and conditions, relevant submission to internship GRT program, payroll, grant applications, etc)
  7. All other reasonable HR and business related matters
  8. To understand management's expectation of required HR activities that drives business, hence carrying the management's expectation forward independantly with minimmal supervision.

Require 15 hours per week. (*Initial phase may require more hours to learn about the firm's directions and business plans). Hourly rate based on Work deliverables and performance to be reviewed regularly.

Part time contract for service fee fixed at $1000/mth, $1200/mth after 6 months.

Conversion to full time perm staff if performance meets expectations and business requirements may be available in future.

This role is subject to physical presence in the office upon when request by management.

  • Familiar with Singapore labour law,
  • MOM and relevant statutory boards guidelines
  • Different work passes applications
  • Personality test assessments
  • Conducting interview to shortlist suitable personnel to drive company goals
  • Being updated with latest hiring related grants and its application requirements
  • Business analysis competancy
  • Attention to details, hardworking, able to operate independently to deliver results
  • GRT internship program submisstions, various hiring claims and grants available
