Job summary

CR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking candidates with HR or Accounts experience to visit client offices in Singapore on a part-time, flexi arrangement.

There are opportunities to work remotely on Accounts or HR on other days of the week. Working location includes client office at Tuas South in an external industrial building, with a clean office environment and no need to report to our own office. Hours are 1–3 days per week, minimum 4 hours per day, with 8am–5pm full-day potential for full-time

Qualifications

• Experienced in Singapore HR regulation (on-boarding, IR21, IR8A) and payroll calculation.
• To support other non-HR matters, such as stocktake or administrative tasks, participate in production discussions and assist in meeting minutes writing.
• Dedicated backend HR and Accounts teams support the client.
• Part-time visits to client office: 1–3 days per week, 4 hours per day, no overtime.
• Promptly address client queries.

Responsibilities

• Visit client offices for HR/Accounts matters as assigned.
• Assist in stocktake and administrative tasks when required.
• Coordinate with backend teams to resolve outstanding items.
• Prepare and document meeting minutes when requested.
