Job summary

Alice Boulangerie Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a driver to support delivery and event operations from our Tai Seng office. You will load and sort packages, drive company vehicles, and perform timely pickups for assigned areas.

Primary tasks are driving, with occasional event support, lifting heavy items, maintaining vehicle hygiene, and weekend/public-holiday availability to cover events.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 manual driving licence.
• F&B industry experience preferred for event support.
• Familiar with local Singapore routes and traffic patterns.
• Outgoing, proactive and able to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Load and sort packages at Central Kitchen / Tai Seng Office.
• Assist event team with packing for events at the office.
• Setup and tear-down of events at various locations as needed.
• Perform timely pickups and deliveries for designated areas.
• Drive company vehicles for deliveries and events operations.
• Able to lift and carry heavy items.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of delivery vehicle.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Loading and sorting of packages at Central Kitchen / Tai Seng Office prior to delivery


• Assist event team to do packing in central kitchen / Tai Seng office for events


• Setup and Tear-down of events at different locations when needed


• Perform timely pickups and deliveries for the company-assigned areas


• Drive company vehicles for delivery and events operations


• Ability to lift and carry heavy items


• Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness of delivery vehicle


• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Company

Job Requirements

• Valid Class 3 Manual Driving License, need to be familiar with Singapore routes


• Prefers to have working experience in F&B


• Prefer to hold a recognized Basic food hygienic certification


• Outgoing personality and highly motivated and take initiative


• Able to work weekends and public holidays when event operation needed


• Unable to drive company vehicle back home; start and end your day at Tai Seng office


• Primary task is Driver, Secondary is Support on Event Operation


• Weekends and Public Holiday only
