Job summary

CTES Consulting Pte. Ltd. invites applications for an Executive Recruiter (Part Time) role aimed at undergraduates seeking practical recruitment experience. You will support active client assignments, source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews and help push searches to successful completion.

The role offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to multiple industries with flexible hours to fit your studies. CEI certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident approaching new people and proactive sourcing.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals or recruitment platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support active executive search and recruitment assignments.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening.
• Reach out to prospective candidates and present relevant opportunities.
• Prepare candidate profiles and shortlists for client submission.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
