UNIORACLE ALLIANCE LLP in Singapore seeks a part-time Customer Service cum Events Executive to support client relations, event planning, and administrative tasks. Based at Labrador Tower, the role offers a hands-on experience across corporate operations and event management.

You will engage guests and candidates, assist in end-to-end events, manage schedules and room bookings, and help create social content for event highlights. This is a 2–3 day/week role with weekday hours 10am–5pm.

• Client engagement: be the first contact for guests and candidates with a professional, welcoming experience.
• Event coordination: assist end-to-end planning and execution of agency events, seminars, and recruitment drives.
• Administrative support: manage schedules, meeting room bookings, and essential records.
• Communication: handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp clearly.
• Project assistance: support ad-hoc tasks including social media content for event highlights.
