The role blends online, in-person, and partner-led engagement to attract researchers, linguists, and contributors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in community engagement, community management, developer relations, or outreach.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Proven stakeholder and partnership management skills.
• Ability to engage prospective data contributors and coordinate handovers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cultures and time zones.
• Judgement to select and run the right mix of channels (online, in person, partners).
• Strong ability to track engagement metrics and adapt strategies.
• Self-directed with proactive and autonomous work style.
