Job summary

The Institute of Policy Studies, Social Lab, a policy research think-tank at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, seeks a part-time Project Support to assist with fieldwork, data processing and admin duties.

Responsibilities include making calls for case verification, audio validation, data entry, document processing and interview support, with flexibility for office, WFH or on-site work as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least an A Level or Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess positive attitude and able to work independently.
• Possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Must be meticulous and good with details.
• Ability to cope with pressure and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Make calls using software provided to verify the validity of cases collected according to a scripted checklist.
• Perform audio validation on collected survey recordings by surveyors.
• Key in data into software provided.
• Data processing of documents (i.e. Data entry, checking etc).
• Scanning and sorting of documents.
• General office housekeeping duties.
• Collection of materials from interviewers.
• on-Site Validation
• Conduct of interview with respondents either via, Phone, Zoom, Face-to-Face or as required
• Shadowing and evaluation of survey processes
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
