Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a qualified counsellor to support students in MOE secondary schools and junior colleges. You will conduct counselling sessions, manage appointments, and monitor student well-being, including At-Risk and High-Risk cases.

Responsibilities include preparing case reports, participating in case management meetings, and coordinating with teachers and welfare staff to provide timely crisis intervention and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Counselling is required.
• Registered with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC).
• At least 1 year of counselling experience in an MOE secondary school and/or junior college.
• Undergo ongoing supervision by a qualified clinical supervisor.
• Provide written confirmation of supervision arrangements, including the supervisor's qualifications and supervision frequency.
• Possess relevant counselling skills, good communication skills, and case management abilities.
