Job summary

Ace Recruiters is seeking a part-time ad hoc staff for a Residents’ Network project in Punggol. The role runs for 6 months and involves posting materials, updating noticeboards, assisting residents with class inquiries, and helping source RN classes with class codes and attendance printing. The schedule is Tue/Thu/Sat 9am–1pm, with possible ad hoc events.

The position is on-site at the estate, with a focus on community engagement and administrative support for RN activities.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and physically fit.
• Able to communicate well with residents and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Put up and down posters in lift panels within the estate.
• Maintain updates in noticeboards.
• Manage residents who have queries regarding classes.
• Assist in sourcing RN classes, provide class codes and printing of class attendance (if applicable).
