Job summary

Pmgpo is seeking a dedicated Part-time Clinic Assistant to proactively support patient care, liaise with vendors, and assist in the daily administrative operations of our clinic.

Key duties include taking height and weight, blood pressure, performing ECGs, eye tests, recording patient data, basic registration, packing medication, scanning documents, tidying the clinic and stocking the doctor’s room, plus other general support tasks. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum O levels or equivalent.
• Healthcare/clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks.
• Ability to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Taking patient's height and weight.
• Taking blood pressure.
• Performing ECGs.
• Conducting eye tests.
• Checking and recording patient parameters.
• Basic patient registration.
• Packing and fetching medication.
• Scanning documents.
• Tidying the clinic and replenishing stock in the doctor's room.
• Other general clinic support duties as required.
