Job summary

Boutique Education is seeking passionate tutors in Singapore to design tailor-made programmes and deliver engaging, personalized tuition in students’ homes. You will travel between classes and adapt lessons to each learner’s needs, while maintaining our ethos and innovative teaching approach.

We welcome native English-speaking educators with 1–2 years of teaching experience and a degree from a reputable university.

Qualifications

• Native English speaker required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in teaching or tutoring.
• Comfortable communicating with students, parents, team members and management.
• Slightly tech savvy would be a plus to work with our apps and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailor‑made programmes for students.
• Ensure that students’ objectives are achieved.
• Deliver tuition in a fun and creative manner.
• Cater to students’ specific educational needs.
• Complete required monthly reporting.
• Live and breathe the Boutique Education way in all your teaching.
