Job summary

Boutique Education Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks energetic tutors to deliver personalised 1-to-1 or small group tuition in students’ homes. You will design tailor-made programmes, monitor progress, and report outcomes to parents, while maintaining a fun and creative learning environment.

We value dedicated, engaging educators who are adaptable, professional, and tech-savvy, with 1–2 years of teaching experience and a relevant degree. Remuneration starts from 35 SGD per hour.

Qualifications

• Native English speaker with teaching or tutoring experience.
• 1–2 years in teaching or tutoring.
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a reputable university.
• Willing to travel to students' homes by taxi or transport.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailor-made programmes for students.
• Ensure that students’ objectives are achieved.
• Deliver tuition in a fun and creative manner.
• Cater to students’ specific educational needs.
• Complete required monthly reporting.
• Live and breathe Boutique Education in all teaching activities.

Skills and other requirements:

• Native English speaker
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in teaching or tutoring

• Willing to teach at students’ homes and travel via taxis between classes
• Keen to embrace our company culture and ethos to education and to participate in activities such as holiday camps as and when they come up
