Job summary

Boutique Education in Singapore seeks dedicated tutors to deliver personalised tuition across home and small group settings, including homeschooling and holiday camps. You will design bespoke programmes, track student progress, and report monthly while engaging students in a dynamic, positive learning environment.

The role requires 1–2 years teaching experience, a university degree, and willingness to travel to students’ homes.

Qualifications

• Native English speaker.
• 1–2 years’ teaching or tutoring experience.
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a reputable university.
• Willing to teach at students’ homes and travel between classes.
• Comfortable communicating with students, parents, team members and management.
• Slightly tech savvy to work with our apps and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailor-made programmes for students.
• Ensure that students’ objectives are achieved.
• Deliver tuition in a fun and creative manner.
• Cater to students’ specific educational needs.
• Complete required monthly reporting.
